BACKGROUND

Laurent Combier, Jean-Michel Gerin and Peter Fischer, three renowned french winemakers, started their first vinification in Priorat in 2002. The first vintages originated from rented vineyards and were vinified in a small cellar in the village of Torroja del Priorat. Today, the entire production comes from their own steep-sloped vineyards and is made in their newly constructed winery. Those 10 years allowed them to fully understand the specificities of Priorat and to produce their new vineyard selection “l’Infernal”.
